Unsaved Matches & Force Close Moved to Exceptions Log
The league portal match log tab previously labeled “Unsaved Matches” has been removed to streamline the match log and other improvements.
Unsaved matches will now appear under the “Exceptions” tab, labeled with Red Text in the match status column:

NOTE: To force close an unsaved match, click on the Red Spyglass.
What is an “Unsaved” Match?
Matches that have started but not fully saved in the scoring app will appear here and the account owner and team captains will receive an email notification to reopen the DartConnect app to complete the save process. This can happen if the device was not connected (or lost connection) to WiFi Internet. Contact the teams involved to coordinate fully saving a match on the tablet or device used.
“Force Closing” Unsaved Matches: To manually move an Unsaved match to the completed log, click the red spyglass to force close it. Note, this may risk losing any set or leg data that was not fully saved. Click the blue spyglass to open the partial match report and review what data might be missing.
