The event is expected to provide lodging for the duration of the event. Travel options may require the representative to extend lodging before or after the event.

DartConnect’s Event Service fees are structured as a per-player charge applied to each separate competition of your event and scales based on attendance, so you won’t overpay if it’s less than expected. We recommend adding this to your player registration fee to easily build this into your budget.

DartConnect Digital Steel Event Service Fees
PRICING
Based on Player Attendance:
- Single Competition Event*: $2 (USD) per player
- Multiple Competition Events: $1 (USD) per player / per event
- DS Certification “My Events”: $1 (USD) per player / per event
Events are billed after it has concluded and the player count has been confirmed. Tours and Series with multiple frequent events may request consolidated billing. Invoices are sent to the event’s primary contact or a separate contact that you have provided.
* What is a “Single Competition Event”?
- A tournament that features a single competition only, for example:
- Men’s and Women’s Singles Only
- Round Robin Group Play where players advance to a Knockout Round (Winner Round only OR Winner+Consolation – both qualify; you will be charged per player only for the group stage)
- Events with additional competitions such as Pairs, Triples, Blind Draw or add’l singles will qualify for “Multiple Event” pricing. Each separate competition will be charged the per player fee.
