2023 Romanian Darts Festival ~ Vlad Popa

In 2023, we were the first to use the latest version of DartConnect’s tournament program. We must admit that Digital Steel V.8 is the premium solution for darts. The optional online registration and payment solution eliminated double and fake registrations, resulting in a quick, simple and accurate draw. In Romania, the supervision of 40 boards was flawless. The new floor management tools, ensured that both players and markers knew when and where they had to be, virtually eliminating “dead board time”. DartConnect transforms any level of competition into a professional experience.

We have been impressed with the DartConnect Tournament Program from day one. It is the program for us, for the future! Accessibility and stats overview is one of a kind. We are presently implementing DartConnect by default at all our Tournaments in Denmark, including the renowned Denmark Open & Masters at the end of April. DartConnect has forever changed how we run the Welsh Open, both with the preparation steps and running the live event. We have eliminated the hours associated with printing player listings, match assignment cards, and the process of manually assigning the first-round markers. We now eliminate no-shows with a single-click, onsite registration. Before the event even begins, everything is done and dusted! Running live competitions is so easy while saving large international competitions like ours, at least 2 hours. It creates a better experience for both players and support staff. We highly recommend it for any size competition.

2023 Scottish Open ~ Cliff Murray

DartConnect has completely transformed the overall experience of running the Scottish Open, from start to finish, for both players and staff. We utilize their online registration to assist with identifying ranked players, simplifying the seeding process. Their onsite check-in program ensures that only players who intend to compete, have registered for the days event. The result: A seamless, efficient draw, with almost no “missing opponents,” ensuring the first rounds progress quickly. We have consistently completed our competitions at least 2 hours earlier, while reducing the amount of staff required to run the event.

2022 WDF Masters ~ Nick Rolls

The contribution DartConnect played in ensuring a smooth and successful 2022 WDF Winmau World Masters cannot be understated. Only players that checked in on the morning of the tournament were entered into the draw – made just 15 minutes before play started. Playing order and marker names were available throughout the tournament as were league tables during the Round Robin phase. Players used their phones and screens in the arena to check for the time of their next game, eliminating the need for using a microphone. Players and fans from around the world could follow every match online, undeniably helping deliver a truly WORLD Masters.
