Copy An Existing League Schedule or Build a Custom Schedule
For leagues that prefer to generate their own schedule or can not use DartConnect’s automated scheduling engine, the “Manual” option provides ultimate flexibility to create nearly any type of schedule required.
This is also used for special Team Competitions that play on a single day or weekend instead of a multi-week season.
Manual scheduling enables EVERY league to enjoy DartConnect’s advanced features, including:
- Scoring app integration – teams select the match from a list before starting play
- Schedules published to My DartConnect and DCTV for public view
- Email notifications for players and online calendar integration with Gmail, Outlook and Apple
Note: Leagues can experiment creating schedules with absolutely no-risk. Schedules do not become public until published and can be deleted and started over indefinitely until approved.
How To Create A Custom Schedule
When creating a new schedule, click the “Manual” button and choose from three options:

1 and 2 are ideal options for copying your existing schedule
- One Round at a Time – This is the most flexible option and allows you to customize match dates and start times for each individual round. After creating a round, you will be able to create individual matches by selecting specific opponents (see “Add Match Tool” below). Create each required round until the schedule is complete:
- Weekly Schedule – This option allows you to enter exactly how many rounds your schedule will require and automatically generates a weekly match schedule and standard start time for all rounds. After rounds are created, you will be able to add matches to each round.
- Same Day Event – Use this option if you are doing a team competition that is completed on a single day instead of a multi-week season. This option will automatically schedule every round for the same day, but can be manually edited if the competition spans multiple days.
